General work description: Terminate and abandon in place an existing Solano Irrigation District (SID), 10-inch Absestos Concrete Pipe. Install a new 4-inch diameter polyvinyl chloride (PVC) lateral, 4 inch flanged butterfly valve, traffic rated box, 10 inch diameter steel casing with spacers, 3" mag meter, 36 inch diameter corrugated HDPE standpipe, and a 4 inch HDPE service line to the existing property owner.
